University sport without the admin
Nova Sport is the platform behind student sport at ULB, VUB, UMONS, HELHa, HEPH Condorcet, HELB, Erasmushogeschool Brussel and UCLouvain FUCaM. Bookings, check-in, rules, messaging and statistics in one place.
Sound familiar?
The daily reality of a sports service
We built Nova Sport side by side with sports services. These are the problems it solves.
- Sessions fully booked on paper but half empty in the hall, because nobody cancels
- Coaches with no way to reach their participants except a group e-mail nobody reads
- Spreadsheets and e-mails to manage member types, exceptions and penalties
- No reliable numbers on attendance or occupancy when the annual report is due
- Students from partner schools, staff and alumni who all need different access and pricing
- Hours lost every week answering “is there a spot left?” and “how do I cancel?”
The answer
What changes with Nova Sport
Everything a sports service needs, designed for how universities actually work.
Bookings open automatically
14-day window, capacities per session, member-type eligibility and cancellation deadlines enforced by the platform.
Real attendance, not booked attendance
QR check-in by coaches turns every session into reliable data. No-shows are detected and handled by your own rules.
Fair no-show policies
Define warnings and suspensions per sport or programme. Students see the rules in the app before they book.
Member types that match reality
Own students, partner-school students, staff, alumni, externals: each with its own rights and pricing. Academic e-mail verification included.
Coaches connected to their groups
A coach messages their participants in one tap: app chat, push and e-mail. Session cancelled? Everyone knows within seconds.
Reports in one click
Attendance per sport, per coach and per campus, active students by period, exports in PDF and CSV. Ready for the board and for funding bodies.
