These terms govern the use of the Nova Sport website, the Nova Sport mobile apps and the white-label apps operated by Nova Sport SRL for partner institutions. By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Nova Sport provides a platform to discover, book and attend sport sessions, classes, courts and events offered by partner institutions, and to communicate with coaches and other members. The sessions themselves are organised by the institution, which sets its own capacities, eligibility rules, prices and cancellation or no-show policies.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Some institutions restrict access to members with a verified institutional e-mail address. One person may hold only one account per institution. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
3. Bookings and attendance
A booking reserves a place for you. Attendance may be recorded by QR check-in. Institutions may apply rules on late cancellation and no-shows, including warnings and temporary suspensions, which are displayed in the app before you book. Nova Sport applies these rules on behalf of the institution.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by creating fake accounts, harassing other members or coaches, sharing QR codes with others, attempting to access data that is not yours or disrupting the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Payments
Where payments are offered, prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refund conditions are set by the institution and displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its content belong to Nova Sport SRL or its licensors. Institution logos and names belong to the respective institutions.
7. Liability
Nova Sport provides the platform with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nova Sport is not responsible for the organisation or safety of sport sessions, which remain the responsibility of the institution. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our fault.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this website. Belgian law applies and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
